About
Back to Home
I’m an IT Support Technician focused on service desk operations, endpoint support, and hardware lifecycle work. I completed an ICT Technician Apprenticeship with EPA Distinction in February 2026 and enjoy building reliable systems with clear, repeatable processes.
What I Do
- Manage ticket triage, prioritisation, and escalation notes through structured service desk workflows.
- Handle device lifecycle tasks end-to-end: intake, build/configuration, checkout, stock control, dispatch, and asset tracking.
- Support Windows and macOS endpoints, remote troubleshooting, endpoint protection checks, and basic backup operations.
- Use PowerShell and practical networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN/static routes, IPv4/IPv6) for diagnostics and repeatability.
Current Focus
Alongside support work, I maintain a homelab built on Proxmox VE and Raspberry Pi services. It helps me practice monitoring, container operations, reverse proxy/TLS setup, and infrastructure troubleshooting in a production-like environment.
Projects
I also build JavaScript projects, including API backends and React frontends. You can see technical walkthroughs and notes across this site, plus selected repositories on GitHub.
